In case you never saw this, the following article from IPT includes a video clip of Anwar al-Awlaki, the now famous Yemen cleric linked to two of the 9/11 hijackers, the Times Square Bomber, the Fort Hood shooter (Major Hasan), and who knows how many other would be jihadists, leading a prayer service back in 2001. Reminder: al-Awlaki is now considered to be the spokesperson and chief propagandist for al-Qaida of the Arabian Peninsula and is reportedly on the US hit list of terrorist individuals.
The service was in the basement of the US Capitol Building.
