Paid Internship – Alabama Republican seeking a paid mail intern who can start immediately. Internship will last through May. The primary responsibility of the position will be to assist the Legislative Correspondent with mail processing, writing, research, and various other duties as assigned. Demonstrated writing skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic are a must. Alabama ties are helpful but not required and experience with IQ is a major plus. Summer Internship - Congressman Erik Paulsen’s office is currently accepting applications for unpaid internships in the District office in Eden Prairie, MN and in Washington, D.C. for the summer. A Congressional internship offers applicants an exciting opportunity to support staff while learning about the daily operations of the Legislative branch. Interns will assist the staff with constituent services, communications, administrative tasks, and legislative research. Congressman Paulsen’s Internship Program is designed primarily for the educational benefit of the participant.
