Floor Monitor - Senate Republican Leadership office seeks a Floor Monitor to monitor all floor proceedings in the U.S. Senate and provide specific procedural updates to Senators and staff in relation to floor speeches, votes, Senate scheduling and details with respect to consent agreements between the Senate Majority Leader and Minority Leader that impact Senate proceedings. The floor monitor also provides support to Senators and staff as requested, including periodical inquiries and interpretations of the parliamentary situation on the Senate floor as well as assisting in the development of various briefing materials supporting Senate Republican Leadership. This is an entry to mid-level position. Strong communication and organizational skills needed. Salary is commensurate with experience.
